IMPORTANT OFFICE POLICIES
✴ Appointment reminders: Our automated appointment reminder system will call you two days in advance of your scheduled appointment. You are encouraged to listen to the prompts and confirm or cancel your appointment. If you are canceling, we will also call to confirm before removing from our schedule.
✴ Urgent care appointments: Each day physicians reserve “Urgent care” same-day appointments times. These appointments are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The office phones open at 8:30 a.m., Monday through Friday.
✴ Cancellation and No-Show policy: We require a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. If you cancel less than 24 hours or do not show for your appointment, you will be charged a fee. If you are late for your appointment we may ask you to reschedule.
✴ Prescription refills: As a courtesy, we will refill medications between your regularly scheduled visits for conditions that your doctor is treating. You can make a request by contacting your pharmacist or through our patient portal. Please allow 48 hours for your request to be fulfilled. We will not refill medications after hours or on weekends.
